Joy of The Nook Tablet

I wonder how many of you out there own a Nook Tablet. Well it's a very handy little device that can be used for way more than just e-reading. You can subscribe to certain magazines for as little as a dollar a month; however, most prescriptions are two dollars a month. Some of the virtual magazines are even interactive, and if you already subscribe to them then you can get the Nook subscription free. You can even get a 14 day free trial of the magazine of your choice. My personal favorite right now is Better Homes and Gardens Magazine. It's interactive with drop down lists, videos, audio, and tons of helpful d.i.y. ideas. The issue this month is the color issue that helps give you ideas on how to coordinate your house with bright fun colors. Many know that I myself am a color addict, the more color the better for me. If you paint your walls a neutral color like taupe or cream then that gives you the opportunity to decorate with pops of bright color.

I love home improvement, nothing wrong with making things better right? It's really fun as long as you don't mind getting your hands dirty and doing a little hard work, and it really pays off in the end and gives you something to be proud of. I'm in the learning process when it comes to home improvement right now, so I've been sticking to the d.i.y. magazines and t.v. shows, but my learning process will be your learning process. I'll keep you updated every step of the way. One book that you might want to check out if you are wanting to learn more about d.i.y. and home improvement is "The Ultimate Guide of Basic Country Skills". It gives you the low down on the basic things that you need to know such as replacing flooring or building adirondack chairs. Let me know about your great ideas and home improvement knowledge. I'd love to hear it!
